Kathryn is a qualified high-school teacher (Graduate Diploma of Education, QUT), and is available for workshops and lectures. Some previous workshops:
| Postcards from the Sea | Emu Park Art Gallery, 2025 (general public) | Make a paper postcard using embroidery stitches to render life-like corals, shells and sea weed. We will focus on simple feather stitch coral and a collaged scallop or feather stitched nautilus during our time together; but, you will leave with your head spinning with ideas for other projects! Let the rhythm of the ocean guide you to an underwater, slow-stitch paradise of relaxing hand-work. |
